Welcome to Spirit Baby Katie. By using this website, booking any services, or downloading any resources, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Spirit Baby Katie offers:

Intuitive and spirit baby readings

Fertility therapy sessions (in-person and remote)

Reiki energy healing

General intuitive guidance

Digital resources (e.g., spirit baby journal, guides)

Soon: Silent Counselling (available from Oct/Nov 2025)

All services are for personal and spiritual development only. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, or mental health advice.

2. Booking & Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

All payments are processed securely via third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal, Koji, Stripe).

Pricing may change at any time, but existing bookings will always be honoured at the rate paid.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds are available for completed sessions, digital readings, or downloadable content.

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed appointments without notice may not be rebooked.

If an issue arises on my end, I will always contact you and arrange a reschedule or refund where appropriate.

4. Results & Expectations

Due to the deeply personal and spiritual nature of the work, results cannot be guaranteed. Every client experience is unique and based on individual openness, energy, and timing.

Your participation in sessions and readings is voluntary, and by booking you agree to take full responsibility for your choices and how you use the information provided.

5. Confidentiality

All sessions are held in strict confidence. Your personal data will not be shared or disclosed, in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

6. Age Restrictions

All services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older.

7. Health & Safety

For fertility therapy and physical treatments:

Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy prior to your session.

These treatments are complementary and not a replacement for professional medical care.

8. Use of Website & Content

All content on this site — including text, images, guides, and downloads is the property of Spirit Baby Katie and is protected by copyright.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with UK law.
